In the case of an unfortunate event that causes your home to be damaged, any protection offered by Takaful myFire will allow for you to make claims from Takaful Malaysia.

Firstly, inform Takaful Malaysia of the incident in question, as soon as possible.
Then you can download the claim from here.
Make sure you have all the required documentation with you, based on your claim type. You can call Takaful Malaysia's claim hotline for more clarification on the documents you might need.
Once completed, submit the form and all supporting documents to the the nearest Takaful Malaysia branch.
