How much do I need to pay a month?
You can opt to make monthly repayments in full. Otherwise, you can make the minimum repayment at 5% of the outstanding amount or RM50, whichever is higher.
What if I make the monthly repayment after the due date?
Late payment will result in 1% charges of the outstanding amount or RM10, whichever is higher. But fret not, in case you forget to make your repayments the maximum charges are capped at RM100.
Are there any charges on unpaid monthly repayment?
There are no ‘charges’. However, your interest rate will be reverted to the highest rate of 18% p.a., which defeats the purpose of taking up a low-interest balance transfer in the first place!
Can I make an early settlement before maturity?
Yes, you can. One of the best parts of OCBC Balance Transfer is that there is no penalty on early settlement, nor a processing fee.
