What Are the Things That I Should Note When Parking at These Areas?

Although these locations are managed by professional car park operators, one should always keep these tips in mind for a better and safer parking experience:

  • Do not leave your valuable belongings in your car. This goes without saying but car park management operators cannot be held responsible in the situation of break-ins.
  • Avoid parking at areas outside of the parking box as these areas are not monitored by CCTVs and are usually hot-spots for potential criminal activities.
  • Plan ahead by looking for individuals who are heading to KLCC and carpool with them. Not only will you get to save on fuel, toll and parking ticket prices, you will also have company, and this will deter people from preying on you as a single driver.
  • Always obtain a receipt from the ticket machine. If you have been charged an exorbitant rate, you will have a piece of evidence that will allow you to lodge a complaint against the parking operator in the situation of discrepancies.
