You Can't Reload Your Touch n Go Cards On The North-South Highway This Raya Holidays

PLUS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PLUS) will close all 118 Touch ‘n Go reload lanes on the North-South Highway from 12 to 24 June to ensure smooth traffic through toll plazas during the Hari Raya holidays.

In a press statement released on 8 June, PLUS stated this move was initiated to reduce traffic congestion caused by highway users queueing up at the reload lanes.

“As such, PLUS would like to remind the public to ensure their PLUSMiles or Touch ‘n Go cards have sufficient balance at all times during this festive season.” it said.

In the meantime, the public can reload their cards at any of the over 10,000 other locations around the country. These include automated teller machines (ATMs), 24-hour convenience stores, petrol stations, and self-service kiosks at selected rest areas along the highway. PLUS will also be opening its customer service centres at selected toll plazas to help users reload their cards.
