You can borrow a maximum of 80% of your available credit card limit and, interestingly, you don't have to pay cash advance fee for application amount not less than RM10,000, subject to terms and conditions.
How do I pay back the money?
Just like a personal loan, OCBC Call-for-Cash requires you to pay monthly instalments as determined by your chosen repayment period and cash borrowed.
Get Call-for-Cash for up to 80% of your OCBC Credit Card available limit and repay in affordable monthly instalments over 12, 24 or 36 months.
What if I fully settle the balance before its maturity?
There is no penalty for making an early settlement of your cash loan. In fact, the interest charged on the loan facility for the remaining tenures not being charged will be refunded upon early settlement.
What if I fail to fulfill my obligations?
This is a definite no-no when you borrow money from the bank. Late payment penalty charges will be imposed with a maximum of 1% of the outstanding balance or RM10, whichever is higher up to a maximum of RM100.
Also, the prevailing credit card interest rates between 15% p.a. to 18% p.a. will be charged on the overdue amount not paid in full.
