Reward Points Redemption
Reward points earned with Lazada Citi Platinum card can only be redeemed for Lazada Spend via 'Pay with Points via SMS' channel and must meet the eligibility below:
- A minimum of 5,000 Rewards Points accumulated in Lazada Citi Platinum card account.
- Minimum transaction amount of RM4
- Registered latest mobile number with Citibank without opting out of receiving any communication via SMS from the bank.
- A maximum of 5 'Pay with Points' via SMS notification will be sent out every 7 days (from the first 'Pay with Points' via SMS triggered).
An Illustration: You have made 6 eligible purchases on Wednesday.
- You will only receive 5 'Pay with Points' via SMS on the same day.
- The 6th and subsequent eligible purchase(s) made within the next 7 days will NOT trigger any 'Pay with Points' via SMS.
- The 'Pay with Points' via SMS will only be triggered again for eligible purchases made on the following Wednesday.

What are the required documents to apply for Lazada Citi Platinum?
Documents for Malaysians:
- Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
- Latest EPF statement, OR
- Latest 2 months salary slip
AND any of the following where necessary:
- 3 months bank statements
- Latest EA Form
- Latest BE Form with tax receipt
Self-Employed
- Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
- Photocopy of Business Registration Form
- Latest Form B with tax receipt
Documents for Foreigners:
- Copy of Passport
- Latest 2 months salary slip
- Work permit valid for at least one (1) year at the time of application
- Letter of employment
Annual Fee Waivers
No Annual fee will be charged for the first 3 years.
To ensure you continue to have annual fee waiver for the subsequent years, you only need to spend a minimum of RM15,000 per year for an automatic annual waiver!
Otherwise, annual fee for principal card is RM100 and RM70 for your supplementary cardholder.
Do note that principal cardholder should be a minimum of 21 years old and 18 years or older for supplementary cardholder of Lazada Citi Platinum.
