To clarify, auto-bill payments are recurring bill payments from insurance, telco and utilities while online purchases are for all online transactions (which will be capped at RM20 every month).
Eligibility and Required Documents
Any individual aged 21-65 years old (principal card) and 18 years old (supplementary card) can apply for Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum MasterCard.
Another eligibility criteria is you must be earning minimum RM3,000 per month.

Annual Fee Waiver
The annual fee for JustOne Platinum MasterCard is RM250. No annual fee charged on supplementary cardholders.
However, if you are a new Standard Chartered customer, you will be exempted from paying the annual fee for the first year.
What happens if I did not make a repayment on time?
There will be a finance charge incurred on the outstanding credit card balance that are overdue. This finance charge, ranging from minimum 15% p.a. to maximum 18% p.a., is tiered based on the user's repayment behaviour in the last 12 months.

For example, if within 12 months from the card approval date you have missed 3 credit card repayments consecutively, 18% p.a. finance charge will be levied on the credit card outstanding balance.
After which you have managed to consistently repay your credit card outstanding balance promptly and in full for 12 consecutive months, the finance charge will be defaulted to the minimum.
RM10 for All Normal GSC Ticket
For a limited time until 31 December 2020, Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum MasterCard cardholder can enjoy the latest movies at GSC for RM10 per ticket every day, except on Wednesday.
The movie privilege is only applicable for normal adult tickets only (2D movies) with showtimes after 1pm and not valid at Aurum Theatre, The Gardens Mall and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru.
Please be noted that you must purchase the movie ticket via GSC website or mobile app.
How do I earn cashback with Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum MasterCard?
All local and international retail purchases charged to your Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum MasterCard will be added cumulatively each month.
The cashback rates that you'll get on your petrol, online purchases and auto-bill payments will then be credited to your account based on the total monthly spend amount.
If you sign up family members for a supplementary card, any retail purchases made to a supplementary card will also count towards your monthly spend and higher cashback tiers.
Retail purchases exclude: cash advances, cash withdrawals, charges for cash advances or cash withdrawals, annual fees, interest, finance charges, disputed transactions, balance transfers, government-related payments and charity donations.
