Collect as many points as you can and convert them directly into cash on your card. Redemption is based on a conversion of 200 AEON Points to RM1. Your points are valid for three (3) years from the date they were accumulated. Redeem easily via the AEON Credit Service Website or the AEON Wallet app.

Is my transaction secure?
Definitely! This prepaid card comes with a Tap to Pay feature. Just tap your card on a secure reader without a PIN needed for transactions below RM250.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can contact AEON immediately to block the card and protect your funds.

Am I eligible for the AEON Member Plus Visa Card?
Malaysians, permanent residents, Singaporeans and other nationalities aged 15 years and over are eligible to apply for this prepaid card. No minimum income is required.
However, for applicants aged 15 to 17, you will need a parent or guardian to sign an indemnity clause and provide relevant documents.

What is the AEON Member Plus Visa Card?

What is the wallet size (maximum balance) for the card?
The maximum balance depends on your age:
- Above 18 years old: Up to RM10,000.
- Between 15 to 17 years old: Up to RM1,500.
Do I need to activate the card before using it?
No, the card is automatically activated when it is issued to you.
Can I use the card for overseas transactions?
