- Cash Access: You can access your funds by making cash withdrawals at any CIMB ATM, or any ATM worldwide that accepts Mastercard.
- Usage Control: You have the flexibility to manage your card's limits. You can easily change your limits for cash withdrawal, spending, and contactless payments through the CIMB OCTO App, CIMB Clicks, or a CIMB ATM.
- Toll Payments: The card is accepted for toll payments on selected highways across Malaysia.

2. What are the fees and charges I have to pay?
The CIMB Debit Mastercard has a one-off Issuance Fee of RM15.00 when you first get the card. Starting from the second year, an Annual Fee of RM15.00 will be charged every year. For cash access, withdrawals made at any CIMB ATM in Malaysia are free. But if you are using other banks' ATMs via the MEPS Network costs RM1.00 per transaction, and withdrawing cash overseas through the Mastercard network costs RM10.00 per transaction.
3. Who can apply for the CIMB Debit Mastercard?
To apply for the card, you must be:
- An individual aged 12 years and above.
- Holding a CIMB Bank Current Account or Savings Account.
If the applicant is aged between 12 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the necessary indemnity letter for the card to be issued.
