The short answer is no. If you withdraw before maturity date Citibank may or may not give you any hibah or gift, and if any, only at a reduced rate, depending on the number of completed months of the tenure.

Can I renew this investment after it has matured?

Of course you can. If you do not instruct the bank or cash out your deposits within two days of the fixed term ending the bank will automatically renew your investment under the same terms and tenure together with the profits earned.
