First of all, you need to complete the claim forms as the e-claim forms are available online at AIA @ MyService. Alternatively, you can visit any AIA branches or contact AIA customer care line at 1300 88 1899 to assist you on the claims. 

For the claim status, AIA will send SMS to the mobile number provided in the submitted claim forms. You can also refer to your claim status from AIA @ MyService.

What's the AIA A-Plus Med Medical Card all about?

This is a medical insurance package which comes with complete and a free medical card that'll have you and your family financially protected against exorbitant hospital fees for illnesses and injuries such as cancer and kidney dialysis treatment. 

With AIA A-Plus Med medical card, you have a lifetime coverage up until the tender age of 100 with no-insurance or co-takaful requirements.

What's great about this AIA insurance?

Enjoy an increasing Annual Limit of 5% of your annual limit every 2 years starting from your 3rd policy years - this privilege will continue on for another 20 years! 

You will receive this benefit if there's no claim or claims that totalling to an amount less than RM5,000 for the previous 2 policy years. 

Bear in mind that this annual limit increase will only be available for hospital room and board coverage of RM150 and above.
