How to Claim

To make medical claims with Lonpac you will need to first notify the company of what has happened if it was caused by an accident or if you have a scheduled surgery you will need to notify them in advance as well.

Be sure to download the claims form and have a written statement regarding the medical claim you need.

What is the MediSecure Centurial?

MediSecure Centurial is a medical insurance policy that is offered by Lonpac Insurance Berhad for anyone who is looking for extended coverage. It comes with some great benefits and a higher entry age to accommodate the people who need the insurance the most.

Lonpac provides you with hospital admission assistance to make your life a little easier when you need to head into a hospital, and worldwide coverage. So even if you are on holiday and something happens to you that you require medical assistance, you won’t have to worry about those bills for too long.

How much does it cover really?

Aside from the basic coverage you get for hospital room and board, you will be fully covered for the use of the Intensive Care Unit ( ICU) as well as any and all hospital equipment and services is covered. You will not have to worry about surgical fees, or transportation fees either.

Similarly, you will be covered for selected outpatient care as well. The most important of these to take note of is, organ transplants, cancer treatments, and kidney dialysis treatments are all covered by the policy. Along with it, should you need home nursing care, you will be able to make insurance claims on that too.

What are some of the benefits that come with the plan?

Besides the fact, this plan offers comprehensive coverage, the coverage limits increase ever three years. Both the limit for Room and Board as well as your Overall Annual Limit will increase by 10% every 3 years you have the policy.

On top of that, there is no age limit for the renewal of your policy. As long as you have the policy when you are at the age of 70 you could continue to renew it, even when you turn 200 years old. There are no gender biases concerning the premium rates, however they are not fixed and may change with notice according to the economic market for insurance.

Lastly, you will have 10 plans to choose from within this policy, each with varying premiums and coverage. This way you can select the plan that works best with you, financially and medically. With these 10 plans, you also can choose to pay your premiums either monthly or annually.

How might I cancel the policy?

Although it is not advisable for you to cancel your policy mid contract there is a 15-day cooling period imposed for you to get a feel of the policy. It is in these 15 days that you can choose to cancel your policy and get a full refund of your premiums paid.
