What is Manulife ManuCare Plus?
With Manulife ManuCaru Plus, you don't have to worry about burdening your loved ones with the hospital bills. ManuCare is a medical plan which gives you the flexibility to choose the plan that suits your needs - whether you'd like complete protection in a hospital overseas, no-claim bonus, and a higher lifetime limit.
Depending on your plan, you'll be given the freedom to choose your room and board at any Manulife panel hospitals in Malaysia paid for 'as charged' by your Manulife insurance policy without any limit to the maximum number of days you're allowed to stay - subjected to a maximum lifetime limit of RM3 million.
Tell me more about the no-claim bonus?
Baiscally, with the no-claim bonus benefit, you'll be rewarded for staying healthy. For all policies without claims, your Lifetime Limit will be automatically increased by 10% after the first 5 years and another 10% after the next 5 years.
Until what age am I covered?
With Manulife ManuCare Plus, you are protected for as long as you live, safeguarding you against any medical emergency until you're blowing the candles off the cake on your 100th birthday!
Am I insured when I travel abroad?
Whether for business or leisure, you can travel the world in confidence with the proper medical insurance policy. The Manulife ManuCare Plus takes care of your hospitalisation costs for treatment at hospitals overseas. Additionally, you are entitled for selected overseas Emergency Assistance Services provided by International SOS to cater to your medical needs. In the event of a medical evacuation, Manulife ManuCare will bear the cost of relocating or returning you to Malaysia - that means your ticket flight back will be paid for in full.
