A good medical card gives you a hassle-free admission process. Here are some tips for a smooth and cashless admission with Manulife:
- Visit your preferred Manulife's panel hospital or one that is nearest to you
- If you are required to be hospitalised, just flash your e-medical card via ManuMed App to the hospital attendant
In case of reimbursement request via manual claim submission:
- Download and fill in the claim form
- Attach the original medical receipts and medical report as supporting documents along with the completed claim form
- Submit them to any Manulife Branch
- Or you could mail it directly to Manulife head office at:
