When you are at Progressive Insurance panel hospital:
- Use your medical card for a cashless and hassle-free admission
- Keep your hands off your wallet as Progressive Insurance will settle all your medical bills
- You are only required to pay any charges that are excluded in your policy upon discharge
When you go to any non-panel hospital:
- Notify Progressive Insurance within 30 days of your treatment
- Complete the claim form and submit it along with your medical bill, payment receipt, medical report and doctor's referral letter if any.
- All the documents above must be the original
- Have your appointed agent to submit on behalf of you or deliver them directly to your nearest Progressive Insurance branch
- Your claim will be processed within three weeks
