How to Claim

Make a claim like a boss! Know the process beforehand to avoid making any costly mistake.

For admission to a Progressive Insurance panel hospital

  1. Be ahead of the queue by presenting your medical card to the hospital receptionist.
  2. Progressive Insurance will bear all the medical fees covered by your policy.
  3. Upon discharge, settle only the charges in excess of your insurance coverage. Otherwise, walk away with no worries.

For admission to a non-panel hospital:

  1. Ensure that Progressive Insurance is informed of your possible claim not later than 30 days of your treatment.
  2. Fill in the claim form
  3. Submit original supporting documents such as medical bill, receipt of payment and medical report together with the completed claim form

No, you don't have to. Instead of doing going for a medical exam, you are required to give full disclosure in regarding your current and past health status and complete application form

Yes, absolutely. A family of 4 can apply for this medical policy. For that, you will receive a 10% discount on your total annual premium.

Will my premiums increase?

Yes, definitely! Your premiums will increase as you age, and when you decide to take up a more comprehensive plans with higher coverage limits.

Am I required to pay a fee during hospital admission or discharge?

When you apply for admission at a Progressive Insurance panel hospital, any cash deposits can be waiver. However, you may need to pay for charges exceeding policy coverage and non-medical charges when you leave the hospital.
