Who can apply for the MedicaLife 210E?

Anyone between the ages of 30 days up to 59 years old can apply for this medical card with Zurich. Renewal is also guaranteed up to your 80th birthday or when your lifetime Limit is exhausted.

Is there a waiting period?

Yes, there is a waiting period of 30 days from the effective date stated in your policy. However, this condition will be waived in the event of an accidental injury.

If I renew my MedicaLife 210E insurance policy, will the 30-day waiting period still apply?

Great news - no it won't, your policy is effective immediately!

How much can I claim each year?

Depending on your chosen plan, you may claim up to your overall annual limit for each year and up to the Lifetime Limit throughout your policy period.

Is there any deductible amount for each and every claim?

Unlike many medical insurance packages, there isn't any co-insurance or deductible option for this MedicaLife 210. All your bills will be paid in full by Zurich. 

Can I seek treatment at a non-panel hospital?

Yes, you can. However, you have to pay for all your medical bills first before you'll be able to submit a claim to Zurich for reimbursement.

Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you may. However, any request to upgrade will be treated as a new application and may require you to provide updated details of your current health status.
