What is CIMB HomeFlexi Smart about?

It is a fully flexible housing loan offering variable and competitive interest rates that you can borrow for up to 35 years. The loan is available for completed and under construction residential property and the bank can finance up to 90% of the property value.

How smart is this home loan?

If you love flexibility and live by it, then you’ll get the big picture. The facility allows for you to make prepayment, i.e. settling your loan amount partially or fully ahead of maturity, to save on interest. You will amortize the outstanding principal loan amount faster than you think as the more you pay, the lesser your interest will be charged on the remaining balance.

CIMB is going also extra miles by waiving several costs such as processing fee, set up fee, maintenance fee and commitment fee so that you can save more!

Can I redraw extra cash for personal use?

Sure, at a small fixed fee on any amount you want to take out. The bank will not stop you from claiming your own money.

Do I need an insurance coverage?
