What is CelcomDigi Fibre?
CelcomDigi Fibre is a home broadband service that runs on a full fibre connection, with unlimited data on all plans. The 300Mbps plan handles three to four people online simultaneously, covering everyday activities such as browsing, streaming, video calls, online learning, working from home, and gaming.

Am I eligible to subscribe to CelcomDigi Fibre?
Anyone aged 18 and above can sign up, though non-Malaysians will need to pay a RM300 deposit. Before subscribing,check your coverage as fibre availability differs by location. Where fibre is not available, CelcomDigi may offer 5G Home WiFi as an alternative.
What are the fees that I need to pay?
Take note of these charges before subscribing.
First bill:
- A one-time RM10 processing fee, charged together with your pro-rated monthly fee.
- Any additional usage or add-ons will be charged to your monthly bill.
Deposits:
- No deposit for Malaysians.
- Non-Malaysians need to pay a RM300 deposit.
Other fees:
- Installation fee: Standard fibre installation is free. Non-standard installation may incur extra charges.
- Early termination fee: Terminating before the 24-month contract ends incurs a penalty of RM500 or the remaining contract months multiplied by the monthly fee, whichever is higher.
How do I pay my bill for CelcomDigi?
You can pay online through the CelcomDigi app or website using credit/debit card, online banking (FPX), or selected eWallets. You can also set up auto-billing through the app.
Offline payments are accepted at:
- CelcomDigi stores and kiosks
- 7-Eleven stores
- Post offices and authorised payment outlets
