What is CelcomDigi Fibre?
CelcomDigi Fibre is a home broadband service on a full fibre connection, with unlimited data across all plans. The 500Mbps plan is suited for larger households where several people are streaming, gaming, or working from home at the same time.
What's included with CelcomDigi Fibre 500Mbps?
At RM159/month for new customers, or RM149/month when paired with a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan of RM60 and above, the 500Mbps plan includes:
- Free WiFi 7 router and standard installation
- Free mesh node
- Unlimited high-speed internet
- RM240 monthly rebate for CelcomDigi Postpaid customers on plans of RM60/month and above
Am I eligible to subscribe?
Anyone aged 18 and above can sign up. Non-Malaysians will need to pay a RM300 deposit. Fibre availability varies by location, so check your coverage before subscribing. Where fibre is not available, CelcomDigi may offer 5G Home WiFi instead.
What fees should I know about?
Take note of these charges before signing up.
First bill:
- A one-time RM10 processing fee, billed together with your pro-rated monthly fee.
- Any add-ons will be charged to your monthly bill.
Deposits:
- No deposit for Malaysians.
- Non-Malaysians pay a RM300 deposit.
Other fees:
- Standard fibre installation is free. Non-standard installation may cost extra.
- Ending the contract before 24 months incurs a penalty of RM500 or the remaining months multiplied by the monthly fee, whichever is higher.
How do I pay my CelcomDigi bill?
Online payments can be made through the CelcomDigi app or website via credit/debit card, online banking (FPX), or selected e-wallets. Auto-billing is also available through the app.
Offline payments are accepted at:
- CelcomDigi stores and kiosks
- 7-Eleven stores
- Post offices and authorised payment outlets
