500Mbps fibre with mesh WiFi
The fibre component is delivered as a monthly rebate on a CelcomDigi Fibre 500Mbps plan registered under the same IC, and comes with a mesh node to extend WiFi coverage across larger homes. The speed handles several users’ gaming and streaming in 4K at once.
Unlimited Postpaid 5G lines
The plan includes one principal line and two family lines, all with unlimited 5G/4G data. The two family lines must be registered under the same account as the principal line and carry no additional monthly commitment fee.

Am I eligible to subscribe to CelcomDigi One Ultra?
Anyone aged 18 and above can sign up, though non-Malaysians will need to pay a RM300 deposit. Before subscribing, check your coverage as fibre availability differs by location. Where fibre is not available, you can opt for 5G Home WiFi with a premium router instead.
What are the fees that I need to pay?
Take note of these charges before subscribing.
First bill:
- A one-time RM10 processing fee, charged together with your pro-rated monthly fee.
- A one-time RM5 SIM fee.
- Any additional usage or add-ons will be charged to your monthly bill.
Deposits:
- No deposit for Malaysians.
- Non-Malaysians pay a RM300 deposit.
Other fees:
- Installation fee: Standard fibre installation is free. Non-standard installation may incur extra charges.
- Early termination fee: Terminating before the contract ends incurs a penalty. The fibre contract and postpaid contract are separate, so each carries its own early termination terms.
- Device fee: If you take a device offer, the monthly device fee is charged separately based on the selected device package.
How do I pay my bill for CelcomDigi?
Payment can be made online through the CelcomDigi app or website using credit/debit card, online banking (FPX), or selected eWallets. You can also set up auto-billing through the app.
Offline payments are accepted at:
