What will I get once I subscribe to this service?
For starter, your TIME Fibre Home Broadband subscription comes with a 100Mbps download speed and bundled with a complimentary home router (TP-Link Archer C1200) for you to share WiFi connection with family and friends, all at the same time.
Secondly, TIME Fibre Home Broadband is also equipped with a pay-as-you-use voice plan (TIME Voice Home Basic), which charges a flat rate to all domestic fixed and mobile lands (9 sen per minute) as well as IDD up to 60 countries (8 sen per minute).
Of course you will get a free home phone, DECT cordless phone, for you to enjoy this voice plan. If you wish to forgo the flat call rate and opt for free minutes up to 2,000 minutes a year, you can upgrade to TIME Voice 10 plan for RM10 per month.
Do I have to pay for TIME Fibre Home Broadband installation?
The installation fee is waived for a standard cabling services up to 20 metres from your main door to the location where you would like the modem to be placed.
What if I move home within my contract period?
Relocation service can be done based on the service availability of your new area. A relocation fee will be incurred for TIME to reinstall the broadband in your new house.
Where can I pay for my monthly bill?
TIME has provided for convenient and seamless channels to pay for your monthly bills via:
- Self care portal; you need to log in and make your payment via MasterCard of Visa credit card or debit card
- QuickPay; you can bypass logging in into your account and make a quick payment straight away with your MasterCard or Visa credit card or debit card
- JomPay; deduct from your Current or Savings Account
- eBanking; payable to "TT dotCom Sdn Bhd".
Can I terminate my service within the contact period?
You can terminate the service by notifying TIME within 30 working days with a proper written notice. The equipment shall be returned to TIME in good condition and there's also a penalty fee of RM500
