What can I get from TIME Fibre Home Broadband 1Gbps?
You get to enjoy fastest download, streaming and gaming with 1Gbps internet speed with TIME Fibre Home Broadband 1Gbps. This plan comes with a bunch of other features such as free installation, activation and WiFi Router (D-Link DIR-882).
Is my voice call plan free?
Unfortunately it is not. The TIME Voice Home Max is an optional feature of this internet package. You can subscribe to this voice call plan at RM10 per month to enjoy 300 minutes-worth of free voice calls per month, which is renewable every month.
Upon full utilization of free call, you still can make calls at 10 sen per minute for all fixed and mobile networks in Malaysia, whereas IDD calls is going to cost you 8 sen per minute. This voice call package comes only in 24-month contract term.
Plus, you can also carry your land line wherever you go with TIME Home Forward. Say if someone rings your home phone but you are outside, TIME Home Forward will direct the call to your mobile phone - as long as you have the TIME Home Forward app to go with this feature.
Say, you're not a big talker and wish to downgrade your voice call plan to TIME Voice Home Lite or TIME Voice Home Basic, you may do so. However, doing so may is going to incur a one-time penalty amounting to the value of the remainder of your contract term.
Do I have to pay TIME Fibre Home Broadband installation?
The installation fee is waived for a standard cabling services up to 20 metres from your main door to the location where you would like the modem to be placed.
What if I move home within my contract period?
Relocation service can be done based on the service availability of your new area. A relocation fee will be incurred for TIME to reinstall the broadband in your new house.

Where can I pay for my monthly bill?
TIME has provided for convenient and seamless channels to pay for your monthly bills via:
- Self care portal; you need to log in and make your payment via MasterCard of Visa credit card or debit card
- QuickPay; you can bypass logging in into your account and make a quick payment straight away with your MasterCard or Visa credit card or debit card
- JomPay; deduct from your Current or Savings Account
- eBanking; payable to "TT dotCom Sdn Bhd".
Can I terminate my service within the contact period?
If you wish to terminate the service, you’ll need to send a written notice to TIME within 30 working days. You’ll also have to make arrangements to return the DECT phone and the Wi-Fi router back to them and you’ll be charged a penalty fee of RM500.
