What is offered in TM Unifi Advance 50Mbps?

You'll never have to go through the pain of ever-buffering video and hours of waiting just to get one movie downloaded.

TM also gives you a complimentary DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) phone, a cordless phone that you use to call all fixed lines and mobile nationwide at a flat rate of 20sen/min.

What are the fees required to subscribe to this plan?

To get yourself enrolled, there will be just a monthly fee of RM249 exclusive of GST. You don't have fork out a single cent extra for installation charges or activation fee unless you have special installation request that needs extra wiring. Even for foreigners, the deposit of RM1000 is waived indefinitely.

Do I have to get my own modem?

Absolutely not! TM Unifi Advance comes with a free modem and other internet equipment with a total worth of RM1000. Just sit back and indulge in the world of high speed internet. You'll also get a HyppTV Set-Top-Box to watch an array of TV channels such as Bloomberg TV, Travel Channel HD, Parlimen Malaysia and many more!

How long does it take for UniFi installation to be done?

A typical installation and testing may take up to 4 to 8 hours depending on the complexity of your premise. Other than the usual piping work, the installation processes include site survey, ducting, electrical work and equipment configuration.

What will happen if I terminate my subscription before the contract ends?

You'd bet there's a penalty fee involve. There will be a termination fee of RM500 that you have to pay if it's terminated after 12 months of subscription. If you have to terminate before 12 months, in addition of the RM500, you'll also have to pay the remaining months of your HyppTV pack subscription.
