- A one-time device cost of RM299 with the 12-month plan

How does the 7 Days Return Policy work?
The 7 Days Return Policy acts as a risk-free trial period, allowing you to cancel your contract without heavy penalties if the 5g advanced service does not meet your expectations at your home.
To qualify, you must submit your return request at a Yes Store within seven days of your SIM activation, ensuring your total data usage has not exceeded 10GB.
You are also required to return the 5g advanced router (Infinite Gateway MAX device) along with its original packaging and accessories in "good-as-new" condition to receive a refund.
