Interestingly under this plan, you don't have to pay for the device upfront fee, meaning you are only billed for the broadband subscription fee, monthly device fee and a one (1) month advance fee in total upfront payment.

Do I get special discount for this plan?

For customers wishing to subscribe to any new Digi Postpaid broadband and then enrolling into an auto billing service (for monthly bill payment), you will get an auto billing discount of 5% on the total monthly bill.

The items that qualify for this special rebate is your Monthly Fee, Internet Top Up and Content Purchases, which are all exclusive of GST charges, if any, for a period of 6 months from activation.

Can I use my own modem?

Yes, you can! Take the green route and buy the SIM card plan to pair with your own WiFi device. By going this way, you are also free of a sticky contract that might charge you cancellation fees if you change your mind.

What are the fees and charges I need to look out for?

When you sign up for the DiGi Broadband 100 Postpaid plan, there will be a RM100 advance payment for the plan, which will be rebated in the first month of your bill, applicable to you regardless of any plans you picked up.

For non-Malaysians, you need to fork out extra RM100 as deposit to subscribe to this plan. But don't worry as it will be returned to you once your contract has expired, provided you have not breached any terms and agreements.

If you wish to terminate your postpaid broadband plan with Digi within your contract period, you will be subjected to an early termination fee of RM300. That's not all, you are also required to pay off the device fee of RM9 for the remaining months left.
