How do I top up data?
Data top ups for as low as RM5 are available, or get a boost with 5GBs for 30 days. Drop by a Digi store nearest to you, or visit Digi’s website to get your data reload online!
Reloads are also available at authorised Digi dealers via Flexi e-load. Take note that your top ups cannot exceed 5GB, any amount above will be forfeited.
What happens if I exceed my data limit?
Your internet access will be restricted by DiGi if you exceed your data quota. To continue surfing at regular speed you’ll have to get a data reload.
How do the Internet Access Days work?
Each time you reload, your Internet Access Days will be extended based on the reload amount that was purchased. For example, a RM10 top up on the 23rd of the month will extend the expiry date to the 27th.
All unutilised data will be forfeited if you run out of Internet Access Days, so be sure to keep track of the expiry dates and quota limits at DiGi OCS – Online Customer Service.
Can I make calls with this plan?
Digi broadband prepaid is a data only plan. No calls can be made or received, including Voice Mail.
Other Digi services such as MMS, outbound SMS, Talktime Transfer, Talktime Advance and Super Long Life are not available either.
Are Nano SIM cards available?
Yes, you can get a Nano SIM card with this DiGi prepaid plan for a one-time fee of RM20 at select Digi stores.
