Is my FAST Internet Pass renewable?
Your monthly pass is auto-renewable, on a condition that you have a sufficient credit balance. You can change data pass once your current pass has reached 100% utilization, or simply by unsubscribing it.
I have finished my monthly data pass, can I still continue surfing?
Hotlink will notify you via SMS when your standard data usage has hit 80% and 100%. You can still surf the internet, but at a reduced speed of 64kbps until your pass is renewed.
You can restore internet fast speed by topping up your data with a time-based pass via *100# or Hotlink RED App > FAST Internet Add-ons.
