Stream videos, movies, and all the social media your heart desire with this new plan, both at home and on the go. On top of that, you have more than enough internet to share with a few of your friends too.
What’s so great about Yes Super 128 Postpaid plan?
Unlike most mobile broadband plans, this one offers you more for less; you get a total of 55GB for a monthly commitment of only RM128.
The data packet for the 128 plan is 55GB of 4G LTE network. With Yes mobile broadband you have access to both networks all day and super-fast connectivity.
How does this plan work?
Well for you to subscribe to any of Yes plans, you will need to have a Yes ID. So sign up for one and then you will have complete access to affordable data.
After that, you can choose your free device, which is a Huddle XS 4G LTE or Zoom 4G LTE home modem. You can share WiFi strength up to 10 devices with a portable MiFi, whereas with a home device, up to 32 devices can share a WiFi signal.
How to pay for my monthly bill?
There are many ways to do so at your convenience: online banking or cheque and cash payment over-the-counter. But, if you opted for an auto-billing service with locally issued credit cards, you are entitled to an RM5 rebate for every billing transaction.
What are the fees and charges I should be mindful of?
Good question. For all Yes 4G postpaid plans with high-speed internet, there is an Advance Payment of one (1) month commitment fee that is chargeable to you. You will get your money back, of course, by way of rebate, which will be credited into your first billing cycle.
A plan that is bundled with a WiFi device will be binding to a 12-month contract with Yes. Non-Malaysians interested in signing up must deposit extra RM100, which is refundable upon contract expiration.
Now, if you want to change your mind by terminating the plan while still within the contract period, you are required to pay off the commitment fee for the remaining months left.
How do I check for coverage?
If you are unsure about coverage in the place you live, check out the Yes coverage map to make sure. Of course, with your broadband device, all you need is the reception and you are good to go on the internet front.
Can I use my own modem?
Well, we could go over the compatibility mechanics but, the short answer is yes. However, with this plan you get to pick up the mobile broadband device from free anyway, so save yourself that trouble and get to surfing faster.
Who do I call if there’s a problem?
Don’t fret, head on over to the Yes website and take your pick from the range of support options that they have. Call, text, or email them for any questions or queries you might have.
