Home internet is a necessity in this day and age. Looking for the right home broadband or wireless internet plans can be strenuous on your time and budget.
With Yes Super 168 Postpaid, you can enjoy bigger monthly data quota and speedy internet connection without the hassle of installing and wiring the device!
What can I get from Yes Super 168 Postpaid plan?
Unlike most mobile broadband plans, Yes Super 168 Postpaid plan offers you more for less; you will get a total of 80GB 4G LTE for a monthly commitment of only RM168.
Apart from that, when you sign up for this mobile broadband plan, you will receive a home gateway for FREE! No installation is required for this compact router, just plug it and play.
How does this mobile broadband plan work?
Well for you to subscribe to any of Yes plans, you will need to have a Yes ID. So sign up for one and then you will have complete access to affordable data.
After that, you can choose your free device, which is the Zoom 4G LTE home modem. You can share WiFi strength up to 32 devices with this sleek and compact home modem.
How to pay for my monthly bill?
There are many ways to do so at your convenience: online banking or cheque and cash payment over-the-counter. But, if you opted for an auto billing service with locally issued credit cards, you are entitled to a RM5 rebate for every billing transaction.
What are the fees and charges I should be mindful of?
Good question. For all Yes 4G postpaid plans with high-speed internet, there is an Advance Payment of one (1) month commitment fee that is chargeable to you. You will get your money back, of course, by way of rebate, which will be credited into your first billing cycle.
For plan that is bundled with a WiFi device, it will be subjected to an Activation Fee of RM100 and will be binding to an 18-month contract with Yes. Non-Malaysians interested in signing up must deposit extra RM100, which is refundable upon contract expiration.
Now, if you want to change your mind by terminating the plan while still within the contract period, you are required to pay off the commitment fee for the remaining months left.
How do I check for coverage?
If you are unsure about coverage in the place you live, check out the Yes coverage map to make sure. Of course, with your broadband device, all you need is reception and you are good to go on the internet front.
Can I use my own modem?
Well we could go over the compatibility mechanics but, the short answer is yes. However, with this plan you get to pick up the mobile broadband device from free anyway, so save yourself that trouble and get to surfing faster.
Who do I call if there’s a problem?
Don’t fret, head on over to the Yes website and take your pick from the range of support options that they have. Call, text, or email them for any questions or queries you might have.
