    How much data will I get?

    Here’s how it works: For a fee of RM48 chargeable every month, you are allocated a 10GB data package, with 6GB coming from 4G LTE networks while the remaining is from 4G Broadband network.

    Do you know that 4G LTE provides 10 times faster internet speed than 3G and 4G? Considering Yes’s widest 4G networks across Malaysia (fun fact: 85% nationwide coverage). This means that you can watch a lot movies and stream music online seamlessly – maybe with occasional buffering.

    What if I want to use my own modem?

    You could, but with the bundle plans for postpaid broadband, you get the FREE modem anyway. Yes Super 48 Postpaid SIM card is completely compatible with the devices. So why not pick it up anyway.

    How to pay for my monthly bill?

    There are many ways to do so at your convenient: online banking or cheque and cash payment over-the-counter. But, if you opted for an auto billing service with locally issued credit cards, you are entitled to a RM5 rebate for every billing transaction.

    How do I know there’s coverage where I live?

    Now here’s a solvable issue. When you have a mobile broadband device, it doesn’t matter much where you are in Malaysia, the internet will find you. But if you’re still curious to know, check out their website for a coverage map and find out if your location is optimized to the Yes network.

    Any hidden fees and charges I should be mindful of?

    It’s all laid out for you. For all Yes 4G postpaid plans with high-speed internet, there is an Advance Payment of one (1) month fee that you must commit, which is refundable by way of 50% rebate. You will see it in your first and second billing cycles.

    For plan that is bundled with devices (Huddle XS or Zoom modem), you need to pay an Activation Fee of RM100. Non-Malaysians interested in signing up must deposit extra RM100, which is refundable upon contract expiration.

    There is 24-month contract for plan with devices. If you want to terminate the contract, you must settle the commitment fee for the remaining months left.
