What’s great about Yes Super 65 Postpaid plan?
Unlike most mobile plans and even broadband plans, the Yes Super 65 Postpaid doubles the deal for you with their promo. Instead of paying more for less access, with the Yes 4G internet plan you will get a total of 25GB data for 30 days with a monthly commitment of only RM65!
How does the data allocation work?
For the 16GB data package, the breakdown is 12GB of 4G LTE to 4GB of 4G Broadband. You do know that 4G LTE provides 10 times faster internet speed than 3G and 4G?
This means that you have more than enough data, which is riding on one of the widest 4G LTE providers in Malaysia, to venture outside your home for a day to day activities - a lot of streaming time for movies and music for when you are home and ready to relax.
What if I want to use my own modem?
Well, technically it is possible. To enjoy the Yes experience, you will need to sign up with Yes and get your Yes ID. It’s the ID that allows you to fluidly connect to all devices and use their incredible internet network.
Then again, with the bundle plans for postpaid broadband, you get the modem for free anyway. Yes Postpaid 65 is completely compatible with the Huddle XS 4G LTE. So why not pick it up anyway.
How to pay for my monthly bill?
There are many ways to do so at your convenient: online banking or cash payment over-the-counter. But, if you opted for an auto-billing service with locally issued credit cards, you are entitled to an RM5 rebate for every billing transaction.
How do I know there’s coverage where I live?
Now here’s a solvable issue. When you have a mobile broadband device, it doesn’t matter much where you are in Malaysia, the internet will find you. But if you’re still curious to know, check out their website for a coverage map and find out if your location is optimized to the Yes network.
What are the fees and charges I should be mindful of?
Good question. For all Yes 4G postpaid plans with high-speed internet, there is an Advance Payment of one (1) month commitment fee that is chargeable to you. You will get your money back, of course, by way of rebate, which will be credited into your first billing cycle.
There's a one-time activation fee of RM100 that will bind you to a 12-month contract. Non-Malaysians interested in signing up must deposit extra RM100, which is refundable upon contract expiration.
Where do I go if I have any issues?
If you happen to face any disruptions or issues with your device, maybe even lost the instruction manual. You could always head over to their website and hit Support if the page doesn’t hold the answers to all your questions you can always head over to the nearest Yes kiosk or store for additional support.
