Am I tied to a contract under this plan?
Yes. You are required to maintain paying the commitment fee for a period of 18 months from the date of activation. If you're thinking of terminating the service earlier on, then unfortunately, you are subject pay off the plan subscription fee for the remaining months left.
Any deposit made during the registration (for non-Malaysians) will be forfeited or pro-rated.
How to pay for my monthly bill?
There are many ways to do so at your convenience: online banking or cheque and cash payment over-the-counter. But, if you opted for an auto billing service with locally issued credit cards, you are entitled to a RM5 rebate for every billing transaction.
