Making a claim could be a real fuss if you do not know how. Be well versed in the process and it can save you lots of trouble.
Like any other claim, it always starts with notifying the insurer of the event you're claiming on. To do that, AIA require you to furnish them with a written notice not later than 30 days from the date of incident. Failing to do so might result in rejection of your claim.
Then, based on the type of the event, complete the corresponding claim form below:
If the incident of yours do not fall in any of the category above, you can either contact their friendly customer service representative at 1300 88 1899, visit their branch directly or log on to AIA@MyService to get a claim form.
