- Download and complete the Claim Notification Form from AIG;
- You may need to attach additional relevant documents such as medical reports or medical specialist report and police report. For policy benefit payment for death, a Letter of Administration / Distribution Order (if no nomination) and a copy of NRIC of claimant are required;

It is important to note that all claims must be notified within 30 days from the date of loss, with all supporting documents proving the loss must be submitted 90 days from the date of loss. AIG will not entertain any claims made after 1 year from the date of loss.
