Well since the policy has pretty wide coverage, whatever the situation you find yourself in, remember to always make official reports. Download and complete the claim form.
Once you have that in order, attach any or all of the following documents that you might have;
- Police reports
- medical records
- doctors’ reports
- official receipts
- bills and credit card statements
Now that you have all these documents along with a copy of your IC or passport, attach it to your completed claim form.
Once you have everything ready, simply call Chubb at their customer service hotline: 1 800 883 226 for more comprehensive details. You can always fax your claim to Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad at 03 2058 3333. However, it might be safer to wait for further instructions from Chubb.
For your claim go through without a hitch, remember to submit it within 2 weeks of the incident that invoked it.
