HLA Premier HB is a PA plan that assists you financially on hefty medical expenses. When you're hospitalised due to illness or accident, the plan provides cash benefit of up to RM1000000. On top of that, the plan ensures you a continuous income assistance upon serious accidental injuries, such as death and total and permanent disablement (TPD).
How does daily hospital allowance work?
You will receive double allowance amount if you're hospitalised due to an accident.
You are eligible for the benefit if you are admitted to hospital for minimum 6 continuous hours a day. However, the hospital allowance is valid up to 730 days per disability.
What is monthly living allowance?
This benefit is one of your monthly income sources up to 180 months if you suffer from the disability below.
- Total Permanent Disablement
- Permanent total loss of sight of both eyes
- Permanent total loss of sight of one eye
- Permanent total loss of speech and hearing
- Loss of or the permanent loss of use of two limbs
- Loss of or the permanent loss of use of one limb
- Permanent and incurable insanity
- Permanent total paralysis
On top of that, the allowance is only valid to your continued disability during the payment period.
