Before you go to make a claim at Kurnia, make sure that you have or are admitted to a Kurnia Insurance Panel Hospital or clinic, check out the ones closets to you, or give them a call to find the one most accessible, at their 24-Hour helpline at 03-7876 9988.
If your claim is less medical related, you will need to have a few things with you. This is s general list of what you might need to have on hand to make your claims process easier.
- Police report
- Medical report
- Driving license of Participant (only for motor accidents)
- Copy of Participant NRIC
- Original Medical bills
- Medical Leave certificate (if applicable)
- Credit card statements/Bank Statements (as proof of payment)
Once you have all of these things together, download and complete a claim form from Kurnia, they should send you one via fax or email.
For all the services covered by Kurnia you will receive an offer letter and a discharge voucher on the amount payable. Get the discharge letter signed and delivered back to Kurnia for your claims to be released.
