How to Claim

Who do I contact if I have a question or emergency?

To submit a claim, you will need to prepare a completed claim form.

On top of that, MPI Generali request supporting documents by type of claims.

For death benefit, 

  • Police report
  • Death certificate
  • Burial certificate
  • Post mortem report
  • NRIC and passport of the deceased

For permanent disablement benefit,

  • Medical certificate 
  • Photographs or x-ray report if there's severance of any part of body

For total paralysis care benefit, 

  • Medical certificate

For repatriation benefit, 

  • Invoice or receipt of expenses incurred in transporting mortal back to home country

For personal liability benefit,

  • Statement of claim from the third party
  • Other documents to support the claim

What is this product about?

Multi Lucky Personal Accident is an affordable personal accident insurance that provides compensation and reimbursement in the event of injury, disability and death arising solely from accident.

What are the covers / benefits?

Upon signed up, you are already covered for death and permanent disablement with sum insured of up to RM1 million; and double the indemnity if you’re hurt or perished while traveling using public transportation.

If you passed away while overseas, MPI Generali will pay for the total expenses to transport your body or ashes back to Malaysia for up to RM25,000.

When you are hospitalized due to accident, you will get cash benefit up to RM375 per day for up to 300 days.

What are the unique features of this plan?

There are 3 unique features, namely Total Paralysis Care (a lump sum of 200% of your capital sum insured), Financial Obligation Benefit and Kidnap Benefit (a lump sum of RM5,000 plus reward) you can get under this personal accident policy.

Do I get any increment for non-claim event?

Absolutely. The compensation for Death and Permanent Disablement will be increased by 10% up to 50% on each subsequent renewal if there is no claim made under the benefits.

Can I cancel the policy after purchasing it?

MPI Generali requires a written notice from you before you can make any cancellation. Bear in mind that you will not get any refund of premium for the period beyond the date of termination.
