So, make sure you take good care of your savings passbook because it will cost you RM20 for each replacement.
If you plan to close this account, be sure that you have opened this account for more than 3 months to avoid the RM20 charge.
If at closing, you have a balance of RM10 or less, you balance will be taken by the bank.
