How Do I Make a Claim?
As soon as possible!
Please fill in the AIG travel insurance claim form with necessary supporting documents (boarding pass, receipt, etc) and send it to AIG within 90 days from the date of the incident happening.
Should you're unable to do so due to reasonable cause, you can still submit your claim within 1 year from the date of the incident.
