    Can I Cancel My AIG Travel Insurance Policy?

    Yes, you can. Firstly, you must request the cancellation before you embark for the trip or the commencement of the insurance period.

    AIG will refund the premium to you provided no claim has been submitted by you before or after the policy expiry date.

    How Do I Make a Claim?

    As soon as possible! Please fill in the AIG travel insurance claim form with necessary supporting documents (boarding pass, receipt, etc) and send it to AIG within 90 days from the date of the incident happening. 

    Should you're unable to do so due to reasonable cause, you can still submit your claim within 1 year from the date of the incident.
