How do I make a claim?
That’s pretty simple, you will first need to make a report of whatever incident it is that has occurred. Be sure to keep both the original and any copies you make safely, especially if you are overseas. Collect any form of documentation that you might have come across. From doctor’s notes to hospital reports and most importantly bills and receipts.
Once you all supporting documentation together, you will need to add a written statement, describing the incident in detail. Attach all these documents to the claim form that you can download here.
Simply contact Chubb’s 24hr travel insurance hotline at: and await further instruction. You might have a few options as to the delivery method, either via email, fax or snail mail. Remember that any claims need to be reported and made within 30 days of whatever incident it was that took place.
How do I get the insurance policy?
To be eligible for this policy, you will need to be over the age of 18 for any individual. If you would like to include your children under the plan, they will have to be between 30 days old and 23 years of age, while still studying.
The maximum renewal age for this policy is 70 years old.
Can I cancel my policy?
Yes you can, however your premiums paid may be withheld from you. To cancel your policy, you will need to submit a written statement to Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad, 30 Days prior to cancellation.
