There are a few coverages that Etiqa TripCare 360 Gold offers that you won't find in Etiqa TripCare 360 Silver, such as:

Who is Eligible for This Travel Insurance?
You will need to be at least 18 years old to purchase this plan individually.
However, children below that age can be covered with Etiqa TripCare 360 Gold when registered under family plans.
Your child will need to be a minimum of 45 days old to be eligible for coverage under the family plan.
In the case of senior citizens, there is a dedicated plan enabled for those of you between the age of 71 and 80 years old. If you are below the age of 71, then you would still qualify for the individual plan.
How Do I Submit a Claim to Etiqa?
You will first need to download the claim form and fill in the relevant sections.
Together with the form, bring along all relevant documents to support your claims such as reports, valuation, medical reports and so on.

Please take note that claims can only be made within 30 days of the event.
