What is Etiqa TripCare 360 Silver?

Etiqa TripCare 360 Silver policy will provide you with the best of both worlds, in terms of coverage and affordability. It offers you a balance by giving you excellent coverage at affordable rates.

This protection plan ensures you against death and disability, emergency medical and dental expenses, travel inconvenience, and home protection while you are away.

Who is eligible to for this Etiqa travel insurance?

You will need to be at least 18 years old to purchase this plan individually. However, children below that age can be covered with TripCare 360 Silver when registered under family plans. Your child will need to be a minimum of 45 days old to be eligible for coverage under the family plan.

In the case of senior citizens, there is a dedicated plan enabled for those of you between the age of 71 and 80 years old. If you are below the age of 71, then you would still qualify for the individual plan.

How many days per trip can Etiqa protect me?

It depends on whether you are travelling locally or abroad. For those of you who travel locally, a domestic plan will keep you covered for a maximum of 30 days per trip whereas, for those who travel abroad, you can be insured up to a maximum of 180 days.

If you have to travel frequently, you can sign up with an annual plan and save yourselves some hassle with repeated applications.

How do I submit a travel insurance claim?

You will first need to download the claim form and fill in the relevant sections. Together with the form, bring along all relevant documents to support your claims such as reports, valuation, medical reports and so on. Email these documents along with the complete claims form to: [email protected]

Please take note that claims can only be made within 30 days of the event. Otherwise, Etiqa holds the right to reject your claims! It is crucial that you keep all original receipts and claims form for your own records.
