How do I make claims?
In the event that you need to make a claim, you will have to contact OAC’s hotline at 1 300 13 1088 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Download the claims form on the OAC site and acquire a document checklist.
Remember to file a report with the police, hospital, or airlines; you will need to keep the original copies of all these reports. Be sure to hold on to receipts, invoices and bank or credit card statements that share proof of payment and verify the dates of the incident in question.
You can either submit your documents along with the claim form directly at an OAC (Malaysia) Berhad office or email them to OAC.
