This annual plan will ensure your protection up to a year from the time of purchase, which means you won’t even have to think about purchasing your insurance all the time, if you are a frequent traveller. 

Simply renew the plan annually and you’re set on the insurance front.

Who is Eligible for This Insurance Policy?

For self-purchase, you will need to be over the age of 21 to get this plan, however, if you are purchasing this plan for your child, parent, spouse or so on, the rules are a little different. 

Any child over the age of 31 days can be covered with this protection plan.

The maximum renewal age for this plan is 80 years of age.

The Supreme Plan covers 3 Regions as classified by RHB Insurance.

The following table explains how the Regions for Domestic, Asia, and Worldwide are broken up; Premium rates for this plan are also based on the selected Region of travel.

How Do I Submit a Claim?

Here are the most important steps to follow when making a claim:

  • Notify RHB Insurance Berhad as soon as you can. They can be reached via telephone, and please make sure to follow up with a proper written statement.
  • File all supporting documents such as invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
  • Send all supporting documents along with the completed claim form.

Can I Cancel My Policy Can Claim a Refund for RHB Travel Protector Plus Supreme?

Yes, you will be allowed to do so. All you have to do is provide written notice to your insurer.

Once received, your policy can be cancelled right away. Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund.

What are the Major Exclusions?

Do keep these exclusions in mind during your:

a. Suicide or attempted suicide, self-inflicted injuries, self-destruction or any attempt thereat while sane or insane.

b. While participating in any professional sports;

c. While committing or attempting to commit any unlawful act;

d. Childbirth, miscarriage, pregnancy or any complications thereof

e. Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or AIDS Related Complex (ARC) however this syndrome has been acquired or may be named
