Is there a limit for the number of trips covered?
There’s no limit at all, so you can make as many trips and detours as you wants on a single condition, each trip cannot exceed 90 consecutive days.
Will I be covered if I travel within Malaysia?
You’re only eligible for all the benefits offered by TravelPAC Gold Annual if you are travelling from East Malaysia to West Malaysia and the other way around.
What’s not covered by Zurich TravelPAC Gold Annual?
Not all situations can be accounted for, which is why Zurich has exclusions for the following events:
- War, civil war, riot and civil commotion
- Accidents as a result of radioactive and nuclear weapon materials
- Sexual transmitted infection such as HIV and AIDS
- Childbirth, miscarriage and pregnancy
What fees and charges do I have to pay besides my premiums?
Your annual premium will cost either RM245 or RM365 depending on whether you’re getting coverage in Asian and pacific regions, or worldwide coverage.In addition to your premiums, you’ll also have to pay:
- Stamp duty – RM10
- Insurance agent commission – 25% of your gross premium
- Goods and Services Tax ( GST) – 6%
Am I allowed to cancel my travel insurance policy?
You may cancel your policy anytime by giving a written notice to Zurich. Your refund will be based on your premium payments after deduction of the expenses incurred by Zurich.
