Remember to first check your policy, to ensure you are indeed covered for the incident that you need to make a claim for. Then double-check your payments for the premiums so that there are no financial roadblocks and finally, contact FWD Insurance with your claim requests.

You will need to submit a Notice of Claims form that you can download. Contact FWD Insurance for the documents that you might need to submit and once you have everything ready, head on over to the nearest branch to make your claims.

What is FWD Insurance WealthLink?

FWD WealthLink is a regular premium investment-linked plan that gives you insurance, protection, and opportunities to benefit from investment funds. Protect yourself today against all unexpected life events and give your loved ones some peace of mind. 

WealthLink is unique as well, in that it gives you an additional 10% coverage every 5 years, up to 50% of your original coverage if you continue to hold the plan. This life insurance is designed to protect you and your dependents regardless of which stage of life you are in, having a contingency plan is always helpful. 

What coverage do I get?

The plan offers you coverage for Death and Total and Permanent Disability, up to 100 years old. As for Total and Permanent Disability, you will be covered up to the age of 75 years old. In either case, 100% of the Basic Sum Assured shall be payable. However, for Death, the Investment Account Value (if any) shall be payable based on the Net Asset Value per unit at the next valuation date. 

On top of this, you can add-on coverage for Critical Illnesses, Personal Accidents, Hospital and Surgical Benefits, and Waiver of Premiums. The following is a list of FWD Insurance Riders you can choose from to add on to this life insurance plan for your perusal;

Who can apply?

Eligibility for this insurance plan begins at 14 days old. Parents you can purchase this plan for your child from then on, it would be a great way to help your child gain investment profits when they get older. 

Of course, if you are purchasing this insurance for yourself, you must at least be 18 years old. After which, you will continue to be covered up to the maximum age of 100 years old.
