You are the Telesales Executive with a few years experience and burning ambition to change the way Malaysians manage their money. You’re learned how to make sales on cold calls in your current job and now you want to work somewhere with hot leads, closing sales and great products.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to prospects with confirmed request
  • Resolving sales issues quickly and efficiently
  • Build relationships and cross sell featured products
  • Problem solve and provide information about our products and services
  • To achieve given daily and monthly targets
  • To follow up with customers when necessary
  • To complete customer list given and ensure conversion and success rates are met
  • Maintain a positive working environment and be a team player
  • Meet the KPIs set by the management
  • Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Telesales or Customer Service role
  • Outstanding phone etiquette
  • Eye for details
  • Passion for Service
  • Experience working with FSI would be an added advantage
  • Min 1 year working experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills
  • Must be an excellent team player
